Digital Disc® Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By redeeming or using a Digital Disc® code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not redeem or use the code.

2. WHAT IS A DIGITAL DISC®

A Digital Disc® is a 10-character, case-sensitive code provided with select Bob The Cow physical products. Redemption of this code grants access to a digital version of the purchased content through the Digital Disc® platform (redeem.bobthecow.org).

3. REDEMPTION AND USE

Each Digital Disc® code may be redeemed an unlimited number of times by the original purchaser. The code may be used on any number of personal devices owned or controlled by the purchaser.

Digital Disc® codes are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. Codes must be entered exactly as provided, including capitalization.

4. LICENSE GRANT

By redeeming a Digital Disc® code, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream or access the associated digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license may be exercised across multiple personal devices. No ownership rights are transferred.

5. TRANSFER AND RESALE

Digital Disc® codes are non-transferable. Codes may not be sold, gifted, reassigned, or shared with another person, even if the original physical product is transferred.

Duplicating, distributing, or publicly sharing a Digital Disc® code is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Bob The Cow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or improperly shared codes. If a code is shared or used outside its intended personal use, access may be limited or revoked.

Codes may have expiration dates or availability limits as stated at the time of purchase. Access to digital content may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates to the platform.

Digital Disc® codes are not available in all countries.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Bob The Cow reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to digital content if a code is found to have been obtained fraudulently, shared improperly, or if these Terms are violated.

8. SUPPORT

If you experience issues with redemption, verify that your code has been entered correctly, including case sensitivity. For additional support, contact [email protected].

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Bob The Cow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
